Hi, Have to say, couldn't have had a better level of service from this company.

Ordered the phones yesterday, received email confirmation from the company yesterday saying order was confirmed, then an email with tracking number and advising that the item was shipped.

Arrived this morning, excellent all round service. 10/10

I got it delivered yesterday...Great phone came with unopened sealed box unlike ebay/amazon selling DECTs for these prices! SMS feature works like a charm!

Has anybody else dealt with this company? I need 3 x corded phones (3 storey house) but they are pretty pricey in Argos. All their stock seems to be current and I realise they are refurbished and/or ex display but that shouldnt matter, should it?

Like others I've used telephonesonline a couple of times and once from their Ebay shop, very good service and on the one occasion I had to return something it was very quickly replaced.

The ones I've had have all been marked ex display but they all came in their original boxes and looked like the original packing inside the boxes as well, no marks at all in fact didn't look as though they'd been out of the boxes at all, also instuction manuals included

Thanks for the replies, I much feel better about ordering them now. We have twin cordless at the moment but im fed up of running up and down stairs looking for them only to find they are flat and they are just about knackered anyway.
