A few questions?

I am going to submit my bankrupcy next week, but have a small question before i do, to make sure I am doing everything right.

where on the SofA do I make note of any CCJ's?

Morning Twinkletoes,

I've just had a quick look through my forms and there isn't anywhere specfic to put these. As all CCJs etc will be void once you've gone BR I don't suppose they really wish to know the full details on the forms.

This is something the OR will probably go through. I've not had my OR int so I don't know about that bit.
