If you can still lose a pound and still eat pom bears and chocolate then you are doing OK:p I think the exercise at the allotment buys you some free syns (thats what I keep telling myself anyhow).
Thanks for the kind words everyone, I am sad when my Grandas sad, Mum said he was crying........that would have broken my heart had I seen him weep.

I hate kids that constantly ask for stuff..how dare they even ask for biscuits Sammy! Cheeky!
Spud how have you been getting on on your healthy eating/exercise?
Going well so far babes. Have been on the treadie 2 days out of the last 3 - burnt boobalage stopped me today. We're all doing it, so that helps. To be honest, not got loads of diety food in, so need to use up what's in, but portions cut right down etc
Me and Snaggs are thinking about doing the Manchester 10k next year - I'm lazy and need a goal to work towards. Anyone else fancy it?Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
