Just come off the phone from the OR, 1 hour of questions so here goes to help you out, have ready for the interview all the information relating to your debts as in section 4 of your petition, dates of loans or credit agreements, duration of time the debt incurred to the point of not making payments, what you used the money for and why you are now unable to make payments, the reason for your bankruptcy, in my case i sold my property in 2007, 15k equity why i didn't use that to pay of some of my debts, and then the OR runs through your current finances and general questions relating to assets you may have and policies you may have, so the interview went well got an headache from trying to think back so long and maintaining an accurate account of things, so its done for now, hope she doesn't ring again.
