Bankrupt Tomorrow - HELP - Remission Forms!!!

Just finishing off forms and have a couple of questions (I like leaving things untill the last minute!)

First question is about remission form.

The notes don't make this clear at all. I phoned the courts too, but couldn't get any sense out of them.

Well the form says you can earn £13,000 gross. The form says to right down the gross pay for this year.

Do they mean from January, or April. Also do they mean up to now, or until the end of the year?

I do suply work and have no work right now. Been resused JSA. So no pay for the last 4 weeks.

From April I have earnt £5000, do I write that down.

I have no idea what my earning will be until next year, beacuse of the nature of the job.

Or should it be, well £5,000 in 5 months, so £12,000 in 12 months, which is below the £13,000. I'm very confused!!

Second question is about my address, my debts are under two addresses, does that matter?

    hiya Cloud.

I can't help on the Remission question. But like yourself my debt is in two addresses and I have been told it doesn't matter as long as you have both addresses on your forms

I am going BR myself tomorrow so best of luck!

    Hi Couud9bee,

When I calculated my income to check for the remissions I took it from the beginning of the financial year, so April.

Check all the benefits that you are on as there are quite a few that are included as income. It was my Child Tax Credits that took it over for me.

With regards to the 2 addresses you will be asked to list all your previous addresses on the forms. So don't worry about this bit.

    Good luck
