Hi there I just have a few questions concerning my BR.
1:- My last 3 monthly wage slips have been roughly £300 pound more than normal, this is due to a refit where I work , but I normally could not and would not earn this extra money. When talking to the OR will he take this into consideration as I know after september this overtime will not exist.
This overtime would mean I have around £250 of money a month spare, avaliable till september. But when I did the cccs sheet I was -£13 a month.
2:- I have recently opened a barclays basic account as adviced. Will this be closed as I have done this before I have been made BR.
3:- I have not paid my last two months bills on my debts ie credit cards and loans. I have started to receive of one of the creditors a letter saying that I have to pay £500 immeadatley. Also they have texted and rang my mobile phone and also asked me to ring them.
I received some blank forms off the cccs to complete which tell the creditor i am struggling and to offer a nominal amount. Should i send these letters now to the creditors who are starting to demand money.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou very much.

When talking to the OR will he take this into consideration as I know after september this overtime will not exist. Average out the last 6 months then and explain to your OR at interview.

2:- I have recently opened a barclays basic account as adviced. Will this be closed as I have done this before I have been made BR. Should be fine but make sure it has close to £0 balance on the day of your BR.
3:- I have not paid my last two months bills on my debts ie credit cards and loans. I have started to receive of one of the creditors a letter saying that I have to pay £500 immeadatley. Also they have texted and rang my mobile phone and also asked me to ring them. They will do this continually until they find out you are BR. You just have to grin and bear it or just don't answer.

Should i send these letters now to the creditors who are starting to demand money. if you are going br soon then it is a waste of time to send these letters - they mostly get ignored anyway.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou very much.
When are you hoping to go BR?

Yes, please don't be embarrassed. You will find everyone professional and non judgmental in court and we're usually a friendly lot on here.
