I have just received a letter from the OR, informing me that my case has now been transferred to the RTLU; I am subject to an IPA. Upon contacting the OR for clarification, I was advised that now that the file has been transferred, the OR no longer has access to it.

Does this usually mean that the OR has completed all relevant inquiries and that I should just await automatic discharge? I went bankrupt in late March and the OR has never mentioned the possibility of a BRU/BRO.

I think so, someone will be along to give you a definate answer soon. Fingers crossed for early discharge for you

Yep it means the OR has finished "investigating" your case and has passed you to the RTLU who will continue to be your point of contact regarding any change in circumstance for your IPA. It has nothing to do with a BRO and may in fact indicate ED if you are lucky.All the best.Dx
