No wonder there are so many children with eating dissorders. My 4 year old wouldnt eat for 2 days after a freind at her pre school said she was fat!!!!! And its narrow minded comments like that, that can create problems with the way people see themselfs.

I would love to know what size is slim in your eyes.
(Not that I care too much, happy being a size 12 and fitting my clothes..All 5 foot 7 of me. :j)

You may have gotten the wrong end of the stick.

Immune might be associating the word "slim" with the unhealthy, almost skeletal celebs we see plastered across the media.

Personally I see sizes 10 - 14 as just about perfect, and I'd much rather be with a happy 16 than a bulimic 8.

Mind you, at my age it doesn't pay to be too fussy!

I'm a size 6/8 & I'm certainly NOT bulimic OR anorexic! Some people are just naturally slim!
