Hoping to book

Well eventually....I'm hoping to book court date for 18th September...CCCSVA have creditors meeting re failing IVA booked for 10th September, and have said termination certificate wil be posted the same day, so to book anytime after 16th.....fingers crossed this time I'll get there.
Court doesn't bother me ......OR scares the hell out of me!!

    Same here skibadee! I'm not too worried about the court part of the process, but dealing with the OR afterwards terrifies me!! :eek:

    I can't offer much advice just yet as I've not been through the whole process yet but lots have and it seems nobody has had any major issues with anything :) Good luck with it!

    All you can do is be honest and remember that you haven't committed a crime, no one has died from your debt and you're not going to jail!

    I suppose in reality facing the OR can't be half as bad as facing the Doctor who told me I had Cancer 5 years ago......thats the thought I'm going to keep with me through this.

    I would keep all those negative thoughts out of my head. It is nowhere near that bad. Anyway you beat the cancer so you can certainly beat this!

    Unforunately its never beaten fiveyearplan ....only ever in remission.
