Not really sure if I'm allowed to give an educated opinion in regards to discount offers, but if you want to get a decent initial price for coinage you'd be better off just visit any reputable coin dealer (London Coins, Spinks, Dix Noonan Webb, basically anyone with the British Numismatic Trade Association) and you'll be getting a far bigger discount than the rip off merchants at the Royal Mint.
