the effect DHs financial embarrassement on my credit rating.
I know of Experian and Equifax - I think there is one other main one but I don't know what that is, can anyone tell me?
Should I check them all, or dp they just all display the same information?

Don't try to keep up with the Joneses - Drag them down to your level - it's cheaper .

I think CallCredit is the third name that your looking for, and even though most show the same things some of them have their own individual creditors reporting on them. And unless you have any joint finances your partner shouldnt have any effect on you, nothing relating to them will show on your credit report other than a notice of financial association, which means that creditors search them at the same time as you.
