What's it got in it? I know that things with cream in usually freeze ok, but some things like yogurt separate when they are frozen and defrosted (I think).0

If you mean dauphinois type (potatoes, cheese, garlic, cream?) then yes I freeze them. Can go a bit dry so sometimes I pour a little milk over before cooking.0
