Sorry to bother you all.......I have already submitted a thread "Bankruptcy or not". If possible, could anyone offer me some advice please?

I cant answer any of your questions about being able to keep your car, as I dont drive myself (prob a good thing if you could see how narky I get as just a passenger..lol)

With regard to the time scale of things... I filled in my forms via the insolvency website & printed 1 copy of them off.

Rang my court & got a cancellation for 2 days later... Panic mode then set in as I was so sure that I had made a balls up of the forms.

I went to the court, the lovely lady there went through all the paper work with me & approx 1 hour later I was handed my forms back, stamped to say that I was now officially br.

I had a quick chat with the or on the phone whilst I was at the court & just this morning, I got a call from the OR office to book my longer telephone interview (she was a really friendly lady too)

I didnt have to see a judge when I went to petition my br.. It was repossesion day at my local court, so I think that the judges were busy with that.

All in all, from the moment I had my court appearance to my OR interview in 2 weeks, it will be a little over 4 weeks.

I have my own online business & Im still running that at the mo, infact since I petitioned my br a couple of weeks ago, I am getting more orders...... SODS LAW... why couldnt my business have done better last year!!
