Just rang Nottingham County Court and booked my court date. I was assuming it would be towards the end of September but they've had a cancellation for Thursday next week!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:
Now a mad rush to make sure I've got EVERYTHING covered!!
I think I asked this before but it dropped off the bottom of the list so didn't get any replies, but cos i'm not listed on any of the bills - gas/electric/rent etc will I need to give the OR copies of my partners rent agreement/bills etc?
One very frightened/excited/apprehensive Yam!!

Awww you will be fine. I got a cancellation just like you.
I was SO worried about it all but in all honesty, you have NOTHING to be scared of at all. The people I encountered were all really really nice & my appointment was over in a flash (well it seemed that way)
I didnt even see a judge, I just got my paperwork signed & handed back to me, had a quick chat with the OR on the phone at court & that was it.
I have just had the OR ring me today as I now have my longer OR interview in 2 weeks time. I am a self employed sole trader, so I now need to get all my bank statements from the last 6 months together along with my last years accounts (I do my own accounts)
Please try not to be scared (easy I know for me to now say) but you will be fine
Let us all know how it goes & if you want to ask any other questiosn, feel free.. we are all in the same boat & are happy to help if we can

Nah shouldnt need top unless figures are pretty large on your SOA then they would ask....everything in the meanwhile they take on trust (the OR's have an idea how much things are)
One very frightened/excited/apprehensive Yam!!Dont be...its not going to be half as bad as your imagining it will be...the sense of relief afterwords & the 1st good nights sleep in years is worth it!
