Question re Credit Clean up

Hello,
Having been discharged from bankruptcy in January this year I have nearly cleaned up my credit file I think. Most of my creditors have listed the debts on CreditExpert as either Satisfactory - Settled or Default - Satisfied.
However one creditor, a clothing catalogue has listed my debt as Default - £472, the sum outstanding. I sent them the first letter requesting they mark my credit file as satisfied. Do you think I should write to them again, sending the first letter again to give them a chance to rectify?
Thanks in advance as always,
C

try once more in writing THEN after that it still says the same you need to put a complaint to the information commisioners office for them to deal with it....We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

I have been discharged for nearly 3 years now. Just applied for a £5,000 loan to buy a motorbike from the bank who I have a credit card with and never gone overdrawn and was refused... I earn good money and can easily afford it so why turned down? The bank said it was adverse credit history!Cinderbrook wrote: »Hello,
