Question re Credit Clean up

Hello,
Having been discharged from bankruptcy in January this year I have nearly cleaned up my credit file I think. Most of my creditors have listed the debts on CreditExpert as either Satisfactory - Settled or Default - Satisfied.

However one creditor, a clothing catalogue has listed my debt as Default - £472, the sum outstanding. I sent them the first letter requesting they mark my credit file as satisfied. Do you think I should write to them again, sending the first letter again to give them a chance to rectify?
Thanks in advance as always,
C

I'd leave it a month before writing again.

I have been discharged for nearly 3 years now. Just applied for a £5,000 loan to buy a motorbike from the bank who I have a credit card with and never gone overdrawn and was refused... I earn good money and can easily afford it so why turned down? The bank said it was adverse credit history!
Yes loans than said they would give me a loan which is not a good idea...
I have just got my credit file which has defaults from 2006...
How did you clean up your credit file?
    Please help...
    Mike
