Low fat lemon sponge cake recipe?

I'm currently trying a low fat, low fibre diet to see if it helps my IBS but I do like a slice of cake with a cuppa in the afternoon. 
Can anyone give me a simple low fat lemon sponge cake recipe please or a low fat sponge cake recipe & I'll add lemon!! :A

Here's a fatless sponge recipe
You can add whatever flavours you like - lemon juice and rind, for instance. Without fat, they don't last as well as a classic Victoria, though.
