I got a £15 Sainsbury's Gift Card

I wrote in to the Sainsbury's Customer Service at their Head office people to have a moan about them delisting my favourite Belazu Balsamic Vinegar in 3 of my local stores (London). I know it hasn't been brilliant weather but what a dumb time to stop selling salad dressings? Anyway, they sent me a nice letter back thanking me for writing in - and they sent me a £15 gift card to use in store. Not bad for an investment of just a second class stamp!
If it's not in your local store (prob worth checking first!), maybe give it a go too!

I wonder if they will receive a bulk load of letters complaining about a salad dressing in the next few days...:rotfl:

I bought a pack of 10 Xmas cards for around £2 last year. I found a v. small squashed fly inside one of them and sent it back to Sainsburys. They sent a lovely letter back plus a tenner gift card!
  • I'm annoyed with the online shopping department. Last week they were late so gave us a £10 evoucher. Log on this week- all my details apart from my address have disappeared, including previous orders etc and my evoucher won't work. Took me ages to do my shopping. I might write to them!
