:Tand so it starts!
I'm not going to go into detail about my past and why i have incurred debts etc as i am so sick of talking about it to be perfectly honest!
I want to start this diary as of today:j The only way is out (of debt!)
My debts are around 16k and am currently on DMP with Gregory Penningotn but after advice onhere have sought advice yesterday to change to payplan and put the % GP were scamming me out of to actually paying some debt off.
Also going to change my think banking account which costs me £12.50 per month to someone else (actually have an application into natwest for their step account, so will change to them once the application is agreed fingers crossed!)
I am a single mum of four ds 7, ds, 6, ds 6, dd 1.
I have all of the creditors details from GP so am going to write to them with CCA requests see where that gets me, sending them today actually.
Also going to see if i can get my two CCJ's set aside on the grounds of not receiving them as not living at the address at the time, so toes crossed for that one.
May also be considering setting up my own DMP after taking advice from payplan, we'll see how the cca requests go and then take some action to seriously get my debts paid.
I currently have a car, which i bought 6 months ago for £4k and arranged to pay over 12 months and have thus far managed with the £335 payments per month so come march thats an extra £335 per month toward my debt, should make a decent dent!
Signing off for now:o

Two tasks down today
1) been in touch with council about ccj registered and not received papers from, they said if satisfied i did not live at the property at the time there might be something they can do, told them i will not be happy with a satisfied on my credit file, need the ccj clearing, they are writing to me with a full run down of what happened at the time of the claim i.e what was issued where etc theyb are also going to call me and let me know if anything can be done as i agreed that the debt was mine just that i didnt get the opportunity to pay off in 30 days.
2) rang college about my sencond ccj, they agreed that it should not have been sent to DCA as i showed that i was on benefits prior to the course commencing. They are going to call me back this afternoon
I am feeling positive about clearing my debts in the near future and being able to buy a house instead of renting, make somewhere my own!! again might i add i sold a house a few years ago damn damn damn!
CCA's going geting done tonight and being sent tomorrow, although a bit at odds with myself as.... i am moving next week and not sure which address to put on them?? Will have mail redirected anyway but can't decide yet.
Signing off for a while probs back here in a bit as the college will be ringiing me and will have to report in that!!!
