Incidently how long can they store CIFAS info 13mths? as I noticed when I first moved here it showed information on two ex lodgers here then it was not there after a period.
National Hunter info how long can they keep it 12mth?
CIFAS is kept for as long as the fraud continues but usually a lender lets it drop off after 12 months (so on month 13).
Regards to N Hunter, it is 6 years and shows as 'Applicant Refer' - that means you've been marked and you need to then appeal it, if it is as a result of salary then you would send N Hunter a copy of payslips and they can remove the derogatory marker.
