I have a couple of Circulon ones that are good, tiny bits do stick to the ridges, but will come off with a light scrub.
I need a new yorkie tin, I tend to use a muffin tin for these & make small ones.
Never tried the real wibbly silicone ones.
I'm open to ideas so if there is something better please recommend?
All for cooking low-fat so non-stick is essential.

I have the deep oven tray as it was reduced in their winter sale. It is great as a non stick tray and easy to clean BUT and it is a big BUT I use a baking sheet under a casserole dish or pie dish in case they boil over on to the oven and this tray being so nonstick is no use for that as it is very slippery and I nearly burned myself when a casserole dish slid towards me when I got the tray from the oven. So for baking with only it is great but don't be tempted to use it as a tray under something.
