House moving - IFA, movers, conveyancing etc recommendations

Hi, hopefully closing on an offer for our house very shortly, so got to sort out the messy side. I’ve limited experience with these things (this is my first house I’ll be selling) so would appreciate any recommendations for Mortgage advisors, solicitors for conveyancing, movers and anything else I’ve forgot.
We will be selling and buying, and the location is Southeast Belfast to East Belfast.

    Hi,

    I'm a FTB and am in the final stages of purchasing a property. I am using McLaughlin's solicitors on the Woodstock Road - they seem on the ball and helpful. I rang around solicitors for quotes and they were very competitive. Have a look in the yellow pages for local firms and give them a call.

    I always recommend S Murphy & Co Solicitor based on Shore Road Greenisland Tel: 028 90365595. I have used him several times myself and have recommend him, does an efficient job and has always given the lowest quote. Definately try him.
