Cashinco - stopped paying?

There is a concern about Cashinco cashback site just now. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks to have money paid even though it indicates that the cash is being processed. Despite 4 e-mails to the admin. I have had no reply. I would urge caution when using this site in the meantime.

yes im waiting too.... knew it was taking a month for processing but now over that...:mad:

They say its up to 30 days, but my last couple of payments have taken a lot longer than that - the payments do arrive tho!

mines now at 34 days.. since request not sure whats going on with them?

I've only requested a cashout once from them, back in April I think - it took 7 weeks but I did get it eventually, so try not to worry. I think they're just verrrrrry slow!

I must admit though, it did put me off and I haven't used them since - I wonder if it indicates that they're in some sort of financial trouble?

The only way ive ever had a response from Cashinco admin is via the forum below

If you haven't had a response via email I suggest you post there.

If you read through the above thread there's "lots" of different reasons why payments are delayed !

I'm waiting on a payment of £50 which has been 'processing' as of 20th August - I make that 12 days past their 30 day payment terms.

Sadly, I suspect the days of Cashinco are up. The owner is trying to sell it albeit with very little interest. The value must be falling each day with customers going elsewhere and bad publicity online.

Come on Cashinco, Sort it out. You were great (not that long ago).

To me, that would suggest that the money has been taken and used. No longer in the Cashinco account. Thanks David Ball - I hope you get lots of CCJs against you, or have you left the country already?

Real shame as previously such a great cashback site. Good luck trying to sell it - must have a negative value now with all that debt.

Perhaps someone might offer a quid for it?
