Oh just to confuse matters - I thought it was 25% off if you inhabited with anyone NOT a student and 100% discount if you live with other students?
I live with children and have student lodgers and am completely exempt.
If my working partner lived with us we'd only get a 25% discount
But I may be confused it does happen often
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

Morning all!
In a bit of a panic due to the wedding dress now being ready for a fitting (wedding in 6 weeks) - of course am now on temporary hunger strike (only joking!)
The BMW also went back to the leasing company yesterday - a big relief financially - my new little Peugeot 107 doesn't appear to like petrol much and in comparison is costing virtually nothing to run!
This downsizing lark (in preparation for being a student teacher in 3 weeks!) is actually quite liberating - who'd have thought it!
Anyway, today's list is...- Brekkie at home
- Brought lunch to work (fruitastic!)
- Dinner from fridge/storecupboard
- Walk dog for free exercise
- Buy dog food from Pets R Us (or whatever they're called)
- Phone car insurance people to cancel old policy
- Try looking at wedding seating plan again (flipping guests changing their minds)
- Buy own brand medications from Sainsburys chemist (nice chemist lady saved me about £15)
- Check banks - as expected
- Quidco says its going to give me £75 in August - promises, promises!
- Do surveys (need £2.50 to get next voucher)
- Phone wedding hairdresser
- Charge phone at work

Hi all,
Had a nice time watching The Time Traveller's Wife last night - I was worried it wouldn't live up to the book and it doesn't but it was very good anyway. Mum and I had a little cry but B is obviously a hardnut!
Today I
1) SC x £5 :j
2) LSD - just £2.40
3) Went to work
4) Took packed lunch
5) Got a DVD rental free from Blockbuster using loyalty card - Let the Right One In.
6) Piggy clicks
7) Checked bank, quidco, surveys etc
If the weather holds out we may venture to the pub quiz later- but I'm not holding out hope!
Have a good evening,

Hi all :j (well, a virtual star jump because I don't have the energy left to do a proper one
)
Hope you get your job app in ok Urg!
Today I have / will:
Went to work early
Seen to animals and plants
Dried washing on line (must get in shortly)
HM meals including packed lunch (leftover salad from last night made a bit more exciting with the addition of some camembert and olives)
Sold an old phone to Envirophone, going through Quidco of course
(I would recommend them, I have used them a couple of times before, and it is a fast efficient service (no I don't work for them) - don't forget to go through Quidco though!
Did a Pine Cone survey on product they sent me to try.
Not spent anything :T
Will have supper in a minute - prawn wraps from stores with salad from garden, not cooking tonight I am afraid!
Take small dog #1 for a walk (#2 is on the combine harvester with OH, and won't be back till about midnight)
Have an early night!
Have a nice evening everyone :T0 -
I've been using food from the fridge rather than buyin in new stuff, and have spoken to the FOS who have confirmed that I'm owed over a thousand pounds from a bank who sold me some useless PPI (the dispute has lasted over 2 years!)Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
