My soa form for court this week

Hello all, please could you have a look at my SOA to see if it looks ok, Just a few notes, I have a son who lives with his mum but stays with me at weekends, and also I have a car that i use and pay for ie petrol/tax/mot but my mum is the registed keeper. Any help or advice would be gratfull
