    thanks everyone. I froze none of it as 3 friends came round for coffee with 5 kids in total and it was all scoffed:eek: I suppose it was a compliment in a way, the brownies were really nice and I will be making them again. Now off to find the Mary been? traybake thread and twinks hobnobs i have been reading about.......

    I've never frozen cakes or biscuits as I've not had the need. I find Lock and Lock boxes keep cakes and biscuits really fresh.
    Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!
