I understand that the OR wont freeze my Post office card account but what about money in it? Think I have £300 in it. If I withdraw this as I likely to get in trouble, Going BR on wed. could withdraw tomorrow.
Also where would you list this account? Assest/ bank accounts.
Still trying to do the online forms. Also need to look at SOA again to get it perfect.
Thanks for any help you can give....getting very stressed and anxious

Hi
Was told on the day I went BR (last Wed) by the OR that they had no interest in my co-op account and have used it since and DD went through today. So they will be the same about a post office account and your money will be fine, you need it for day to day living costs. If it makes you more comfortable you can withdraw it for your living costs and I would just put this account on your list of bank accounts. It isnt an asset
