Has anyone else found their Clubcard points balance has suddenly dropped?

Prior to the conversion into vouchers on 25th July, my points balance was unfeasibly high, apparently because they had mistakenly added in the wodge of bonus points - about 1100 - from signing up with O2, after a heads-up from the MSE email, for various Procter & Gamble products in April (I received those points in May so that was clearly a mistake & not an issue)

On 10th Aug my points balance was 1505 & I added 131 on 11th
Then on 11th my balance was still 1505 & I added another 11 on 13th
But on 14th Aug my balance was only 105, and I know I should have had valid points added between 26th July & 10th August.

I will ring them tomorrow but just wondered if anyone else has experienced this? (I still haven't received the Clubcard vouchers for this card so no idea how many I'm getting)

Clubcard have just started sending out this quarter's vouchers; sometimes the balance drops before you actually receive anything in the post. My vouchers actually arrived early this quarter and the points balance was high for a week or so after that.

The clubcard website said last week I'd be getting an amount in August, now that amount has dropped by half (to arrive in August also) and I haven't received anything either.
S'pose I'll wait and see what arrives and query it then

It never occurred to me to check my balance online - what a good idea - I will in future, thank you!

Mine was too.
Vouchers waiting when I came back from hol on 12th Aug, points balance still high though on receipt from day or so before.
Today (less than a week later) I did some shopping at Tesco and the balance has now gone down by the amount of vouchers I received last week. I knew something funny was going on as had too many points lol!

Vouchers are issued from now to August 31st could take untill them to get them so if you points ballance has droped thats because there sending out vouchers but you might not get yours first so wait a bit I have got mine

I've got my fingers crossed that our club card coupons will pop through my letterbox before Friday.My DD and I save ours from last years holiday until this year, and we have £163.00worth to take with us when we go on Friday to our holiday house on the Isle of Wight .We have another £36.00 worth due this month. There are three adults and five children going so that should pay for our food for the week whilst we are away. helps no end every year when on holiday. My DD's normal weekly bill is usually between £140-£160.00 pw for her family of 7

Yippee my vouchers came this morning and my DD got hers as well.We now have a grand total of £217.00 for our holiday spends.So may have a bottle of wine to help us grown ups in the evening whilst relaxing after a hard day on the beach with the children

You can't any more, it was just a one-off promotion that was running back in May.
