Green & Co Solicitors

Has any one had any dealings with these people, I have had a letter from them today re monies owed to rbs, i think they are in house solicitors for rbs, the letter had no email address on it, no phone number and no companies registration number.also they are connected to Triton who i found very agressive. The letter stated that i have 7 days to make payment not to them but to Triton, but i only received the letter today dated the 12th so tomorrow is the 7th day, so can any one help

Dee
P.S. we did try and trace on google this company at the telford but only a estate office in the name of green & Co came up

It's just an in-house 'trading style' - part of the RBS set-up.

Don't let it change your strategy. For example if you're already making pro-rata payments of what you can afford, then continue with that.

In the past I received a similar letter from Green and Co - well it was supposed to be from them but in fact it was just a ploy on the part of the RBS company I was having problems with at the time.

My gut feeling that this letter has been sent out by Triton to try and scare you. This is what happened to me with the company that tried it on with me, but I called their bluff and made it clear in a letter I wrote back that I knew what their game was.

If it was a genuine Solicitors letter that meant business then Green and Co would be who you would be required to deal with, not a DCA.
