Secured Loan Credit Agreement Mistake
I have a secured loan with Welcome Finance, when I was looking at the credit agreement last night it appears they have made a mistake with it and it shows that there is no interest payable, this is on the signed credit agreement.
On the prior credit agreement and the proposed credit agreement it shows the actual interest amount however on the signed copy it doesn’t but does show the correct monthly payment and term.
Are they able to enforce this? Also the agreement is not dated by Welcome or ourselves.
Thanks

Pretty much invalidates it. Do you mean that they have not added the interest into the boxes? And what does it say in the final figure for credit? Is it added in there?
Was this loan taken out before or after April 2007.Cabot can now kiss my DONKEY. Statute barred is enough of a result, but the actions of the CABOT FAN CLUB have cost them far more than the paltry sums they were chasing us for. :beer:0 -
In the interest box they have a negative figure which is pretty much the loan amount and in the total charge for credit it says £235
The loan was taken out in December 2007
Thanks again for any advice.0 -

Any chance of scanning (without personal details) and popping it on Photobucket or similar, and posting the link on here?
Although the agreement would be covered under the 2006 amendments, I am quite interested to see where this might lead.Cabot can now kiss my DONKEY.
