Ipa question

Just recently i sent a ipoq form of to the OR and i was told i would have to make a payment of £66.No problem with that but i informed them immediatly that my work had dried up.Heard nothing for 3 weeks until today when i received another i&e form to fill out.Do i need to do this as i currently have no income.Any help much appreciated

Hi. Yes, you will need to fill it out, so you can prove whether or not you can now afford an IPA. If it shows that you are under the £99, then they cant enforce the IPA.Saving target £6k by Aug 2011Raised so far £350/£6k0

So you need to show them that by filling in the IPOQ. Yes, but as your circumstances have changed, it now needs to be proved again to the OR what income you have, hence filling in of the forms. As Dalip said, there can be alot of form filling in throughout the year, but you have to do it - its part of your 'duties' as a bankrupt.Saving target £6k by Aug 2011Raised so far £350/£6k0
