Slower cooker - chicken drumsticks help!

Hi am tryin to get into using my slower cooker but am finding it hard. Have a pack of 6 drumsticks and wanted to make some kind of simple chicken dish with them for tomo.

All recipes seem to say cook them on their own as they have bones in but i was thinkin more or a casserole type thing. I have lots of chicken stock avaliable and a mix of veg bits of veg in the fridge - carrots, cabbage, green beans, onions potatoes of course. and cupboard basics like flour, oil milk etc.

wondering if anyone has a simple recipe

thanks x

:p Receipe not needed - just chuck it all in and see what happens! :p
Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.

See i thought that i was just going to put in a load of chicken stock veg etc- but was a bit worried about getting a watery quite tasteless mess, which is what i normally get when attempting a casserole/ stew!
  • i would put them in the slow cooker with the carrots, onions and potatoes, some dried herbs and/or garlic powder, chilli flakes, etc. i'd squeeze some tomato puree in and put a scant mug of water in there. if you have something along the lines of barley or lentils, i'd add a very small handful of these, too, increasing the water to two mugs....
