What can I do with rhubarb and sour satsumas?

Hi, a friend has given me some rhubarb and all I can think to do with it is stew it for crumble etc and I wondered if anyone had any other ideas?
I also have some really sour satsumas that are too tart for myself and dd to eat raw but I don't want to waste them and wondered what I could use them in-I had wondered about a cake?
Any ideas would be really welcome. Thanks.

I think I would use some of the satsumas (maybe juice only) in the rhubarb crumble. Would give it a lovely citrussy flavour.
Rhubarb fool, rhubarb pie, stewed rhubarb (have it with creme fraiche or icecream)
