Apple iPod accessory returns

I bought a FM radio remote today for my iPod (Official Apple one).
Anyway I have found the reception is pretty crap with my in ear headphones, it is not a area problem as my phone produces much better results on the same radio stations.
Do Argos refund on Apple goods if returned within a certain period, as I think Apple offer such a returns service?

if its within the 16 day money back thing, Argos should refund you unless its excluded, otherwise you should still be able to get it refunded as faulty.
Try that first... If that doesn't work, apple have an amazing returns service - go to http://www.apple.com/uk/support and find your item.
Once you're signed up for an account you can submit a report request, as long as you have that product's serial number. You are asked to briefly describe the problem, they send you the replacement along with (sometimes) a box or envelope with a prepaid returns label in which to return the faulty item.

i hate it when someone approaches me on CS with an ipod, because the policy changes so often that i just cant keep up. they are almost always sent away for testing/inspection/repair, with the exception of exceptional circumstances, eg still within 16 day MBG.
although that said, we do get to show a bit more leniency these days, which i suspect has steemed from all the problems of the mini ipods and their cracking screensknow thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
I thought the 16 day no quibble return was for unused items. OP has obviously been using them?ehosin wrote:if its within the 16 day money back thing, Argos should refund you unless its excluded, otherwise you should still be able to get it refunded as faulty.
