PPI Signature Forged.Is the loan enforceable???

Hi All

Can someone please give me some advice??? Is the loan still enforceable, if the PPI signature has been forged by the company??

    Well the loan and PPI are two different products so I cant imagine it will make any differance to your loan. If the PPI company has signed you up for a product without your knwledge, that sound like fraud - get thet authorities involved on that one.

    Hi Typhoon............am doing just that. But has the PPI is tied to the agreement, is it not enforceable as they are a pair???
