depends if you have a county court nearby....usually you have to live in or near to the area of the court that operates

then search through them (there are about 4 pages I think - not as bad as it sounds) to see if there is a local sounding one, and you can click on it for details. If your local one doesn't do BR's then it will be the Royal Courts or if there isn't one local to you it will be the Royal Courts - or if there is one local to you (eg Romford) that does do civils it may do BRs - call and ask - if yes, you go there, if they say no, then you go to the Royal Courts.Do not feed the trolls please.0 -

In the Court Region Search bit enter London and click Find Court, then Bankruptcy Court, should come up with Royal Courts of Justice.0
