It looks like we're going to have a disposable income of £96 a month but thats taking into account our handouts as it were. Our SOA on our bankruptcy petition is tight and resonable. I was just wondering if we would likely be subjected to an IPA? Is that where you make payments for 3 years?
Even being allowed to spend £100 a week on food is a relief as we've been stuck to £30 a week for so long now, v. difficult with a family of 4, so even if we have to make payments we should be able to cope without that £96 surplus. Just wondering

If your surplus is £99 or less then there is no IPA to pay, so as long as the OR allows all your expenses you won't have an IPA with a surplus of £96.0
