Hi
Not wanting to be wasteful after papering the bedroom, any ideas for using up about 3 complete metres of paper?
(P.S. already have drawer liners!)

*Book backing,
*making scrap books for presents (cover two boards in wall paper, seal messy ends side with a contrast paper, sew on front & back of ready bought scrap book, or make pages up of sugar paper & sew lot (punch holes first). Cut out individual pattern bits to decorate corners of index page.)
*Tear out squares or rectangles & use as mounts/backing bits for pressed flowers on home made cards.0 -
If you've got children, then give it to them for drawing on (the back).0

Backing for kids school books??
That was about the only thing we ever used leftover wallpaper for when I was a child
If it's a pretty patterned type, could you perhaps make a collage type thingy in a clip frame? Patterned paper and maybe some scraps of the nice textured paper you see in craft shop.
Hopefully someone else will come along with more suggestions soon0 -
If it's not too thick perhaps it could be used to wrap gifts?

I hadn't thought of making scrap books, that's a really good idea! It's really nice paper and wasn't all that cheap (hence only papered one wall) so didn't want to waste it.0

I always make sure I keep a roll or two of paper for emergencies .
Comes in handy for rips and tears ,damp on walls ,bay window leaking etc.

Covering storage boxes. They then match the room.0

Same as above. I had some 'hatboxes' - they were dark green (got them very cheap!!) I covered them in left over wallpaper and also covered a couple of shoe boxes as well. Result? - designer storage for next to nothing!0

Donate to a local playgroup? The children will love to lie on them and draw round themselves and make life- size pictures.
