I wanna - Piping bag with or without nozzles (with preferably)

Does anyone know where I could find one on the high street, apart from Lakeland (way to pricey for me). I am sure I remember seeing one somewhere and thinking ooh I will have to remember that, but as per I have left it late, sons birthday on Thursday and I'm determined to make him a cake...but the (rather difficult) design I've chosen is impossible without a piping bag...

Please help...

hi i bought one in wilkinsons a few weeks ago around £3 cant remember exactly how much but no more than that. had plenty of different nozzles to change shape and sizes.im not 100% but i think they sell them in morrison aswell but maybe someone else can advise on that,if you got one near by cant hurt looking,hope this of some use.

Take a fairly thick plastic bag, fill with icing, chop off a corner to the relevant thickness and squeeze. If wrong thickness nothing lost, just repeat.

Yes, it really is that simple and I have done it quite a few times - must be food standard bag though.

Good luck with the cake, it is always so satisfying to do it yourself.

Will have a wee look in Morrisons today, failing that I will make my own, I ideally wanted nozzles but havent got the time to be picky. lol. Cheers Guys!!

I got a wilkinsons one last week, the piping bag and the syringe and they both promptly broke!

I used this tala one last night from john lewis and it worked a treat! metal nozzles, a nylon piping bag which is easy to clean and it all comes in a little plastic case, well snazzy!

They always have loads in TK maxx. I bought one from lakeland and it was useless. The bag was too slippy so you couldn't control it.

Cheers folks...I got one from Morrisons (£3.99 so well chuffed), metal nozzles too. Yet to try it but fingers crossed it'll be ok.Thankyou again. Em.x
