Quickest route to Coleraine?

Does anyone know the quickest route from ahoghill to coleraine? Need to be in coleraine at 8.30. Was going to go the back roads (through portglenone) but was wondering if the main road towards Ballymoney would be better. Was worried about traffic at that time?
I like my money right where I can see it - hanging in my closet.;)

The main road will be very busy, better to use the route above. Out of Ahoghill, head towards cullybackey.

I went Cullybackey, Kilrea etc. Managed it great on Monday but got lost this morning!! Ended up at some bridge with traffic lights which i realised i didn't pass on Monday! Never mind. I think i'll buy satnav:oI like my money right where I can see it - hanging in my closet.;)0 -
You must have taken the third rather than the second exit at the roundabout in Kilrea and headed for Ballymoney. I would normally recommend the main roads (A26) but roadworks between Ballymoney and Coleraine are making that route a no-no for the next few weeks. Good luck!0

why bother best thing in coleraine is belfast bus.......:p:p:p0 -
