Village Hotel Gym Membership

I am thinking of joining a gym and would like one with a swimming pool as well. The nearest one to me is a Village Hotel but I can't find out anywhere how much membership is. Does anyone know?

My nearest one is Leeds south.

I've just cancelled my membership at Leeds South, nothing on their part, great pool, lovely Gym... It was the price!

Peak membership (as of Aug 2008) was £53 a month Single membership.
£100 a month joint.

This price can includes 2 children on each adult membership.

Children aged 0-5 - Free
Children aged 6 + £14 a month membership each.

Minimum contract 9 months.

I'm trying to find out the cost for the 1 day membership which they are currently advertising.. without giving the price out!

The changing rooms are nice and open plan which was great for taking my baby swimming as i could just wheel the pushchair straight out to the pool and not coop us all up trying to change 1 baby and 2 kids in a small cubicle!

I also enjoyed the steam room. Wish i didn't have to give up my membership, but at £100 a month it wasn't worth it.

ouch - join Virgin city gym - £34/month and you can use the life centre on a weekend which has a pool!
