Going bankrupt next week and have a couple of questions
Just about raised enough to go bankrupt and may not have to pay court fees.
Still waiting for claim decision on JSA, but have been told to take in some wage slips and bank statements from concerning last job, to see if I can don't have to pay court fees.
I'm quite skint at the moment, and was wondering if I don't have to pay the fees, will I have to hand over the money anyhow, since I have it anyway.
Also I may be moving to London next week, how does this work with the official receiver?

We withdrew all our cash (about £100 from tax credit payment) the money before we went into court, It's expected that you're going to hang onto anything to get you through, I don't think you have anything to worry about0

Hiya, good luck, it will be fine. With regard to your fees, if you don't have proof of your JSA then it is up to the courts discretion to waive them however if you do have to pay them then you can claim a refund once you have proof of JSA. So to be on the safe side make sure you have the £510 just in case.
As for the OR, not entirely sure as you are moving but as most of them are done via the telephone then you may deal with the one from your court. Ask at the court when you go.
