Hi Taxi, just having a catch up with everything. Sorry to hear of your scare, as others have said it best to get it seen to but I think if I remember right 9/10 breast lumps turn out to be harmless. And I agree stop reading the internet!

Glad work has been busy for you, hopefully it is a sign of things to come - lots of pennies!! xxxx

Funny enough the DR said not to be reading the internet either.

    You should!

You find out about stuff like

TUBA-CULOSIS - which which when you grow a brass band instrument in the lung.
CATALEPSY - when you grow fur and start purring.
POLOMYELITIS - where you go white and develop a hole.

    All good fun... ;)

Hospital have just rung me and I have to go mon 17th at 2pm.

always sods law when you could do with a female gp, I know they see it all, but there my bits!!

Thats good news that you've got the hospital app through, if he was worried you'd be fast tracked, I know its easier to say than do, don't worry, leave the internet searching alone...

at least your in a better position than this morning, if your not sure what he said or anything, I'd ring and ask for a telephone consultation, and ask away, half the time I work out and think what did he say, re the mediciation, usually wait for the chemist, but ring them if you want anything. xx

It was the PTA meeting at school, the minute everyone was in the room you could of cut the atmosphere with a knife, I'm busying nattering to one of the other mums (mum1), then another mum (mum2)came in, their dds best friends mums, and we all have a natter, mum 2 had her little boy with her, hes 13months old.

The "pta boss" said lets get this meeting started, the atmosphere can be cut with a knife, theirs obviously issues, so mum2 started, 15 mins later shes still blowing her top, basically theres 3mums who are so clicky its unbelievable, and they have caused friction, mum2 her arms are waving, the 3 women are trying to argue back, one of the mums sat on the opposiate side of the room, her mouth had almost hit the floor, fly catching wasn't the word..... then mum2 her little boy he's been copying waveing his arms, then shouts "shut up" it did the trick.

Mum1 was sat next to me prodding me in the ribs in disbelief, which after throwing up for england the other night, feel like I've been run over by a truck...

But by god it was unbelievable this is a group of parents, your trying to raise money for the school, then one of the group of 3, decided that I was a waste of space on the PTA,as I couldn't do anything physical, because what use is a disabled person...... you can imagine it, loud but firm, trying to stay calm...... I piped up "this disabled person organised the xmas raffle prices totally over £400, and exactly what did you do?" . bar the 3 mothers, I had a standing ovation.

    Laugh no 2.
I did plan to get my OU assisgnment done by 2mor, but with being poorly haven't started, and my tutor been brilliant with extensions, normally email him, thought I'd better ring with it being so close, his daughter answered the phone, I'm trying my posh phone voice, Hi, is xx there its xx one of his students, goes quiet then daughter comes back onto the phone, dads stuck on the loo, not sure if hes having a poo, pass the phone......... in the background, I could hear him saying to her, don't tell people I'm on the toilet, got the extension, I said Tues be fine, he said no probs have till Thurs......

Its def eventful in my life xx

:rotfl: You got the extension as he's embarrassed. He'll never be able to look you in the eye again! :rotfl:

And you, Mrs Taxi, don't look up anything else on the net else you will end up diagnosing yourself with a dozen different conditions, none of which will be accurate, and expect a limb to drop off at any moment. That way madness lies! ;)

But what a carp few days. Here, have some hugs (calorie-free, of course! ;)) smiley-hug008.gif

Taxi, mum2one - lots and lots of hugs and positive vibes.

Taxi - look after yourself, and don't let yourself dwell. Some fast walking would be good, use up a bit of the adrenaline and the choccy. I've got to go out now, but I'm thinking of you.
