    Thanks..thing is I know they have the form as they confirmed to DH that they'd received it on the 15th october....don't know why it's taking this long as mine was received(in another tax office) presumably the same day and I've had mine a couple of weeks ago.

    I'll give the accountant a call and he'll chase it up.I can't see it being lost in the post as I've asked for them both direct into my bank account..
    Have been to work today and my take was ok.
    I have won £40 on BB so am happy with that as it's all free money.
    nothing else going on really

    Rung the accountant who then checked DHS account on line and as it happens it was processed and sent to my account today so I expect it will arrive mid next week.
