Thought I would make more people aware of this little gem in our midst. Although I knew the grounds were used for things I have never entered the house. Today I had the grand tour for 1 hour and was astounded at what was in the property. It's left as the last residents lived with all their beautiful furniture and paintings etc. Although I paid £5 today ( it was well worth it), they are taking part in the Edinburgh Open doors in September so you could get in for free.

Located close to Cramond beach.

    Yes - it's worth a visit, and you could always call at the nearby Toby Carvery which does a fantastic meal for only a fiver.
