Looking for a cheap way to total fitness, making new friends, and working as a Team? Have you thought about Ladies Football??
For £12 a month a Swansea team called Loughor Ladies are offerring regsitration, Insurance, Training sessions and a sunday game.
Players can join from anywhere Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire,Cardiff, Neath, Port Talbot.
I have lost weight, made new friends, and increased my football, my skills have developed along the way with coaching and practice.
Anyone else experienced the same.??
