Budgetary Management- interview help!

Hi,

Have applied for a job in a social care facility and part of the job spec which it says they will look at at interview is bugetary management. Is this really just about working within a budget, using cheaper options such as agency staff as last resort, reviewing budgets - not really sure.

I think the clue is in the title - they'll probably want examples of when you've had to manage budgets and how you managed them.
