That is very sad news for everyone on MSE Squeaky.
Good luck in all you do if you were paid hourly for the time and the emotional effort you put into OS then you would be a very rich man. Take care and i hope the next stage of your life is as successful for you as OS has been.:A

I don't get to browse through OS as much as I'd like to but I do know that Sqeaky has put a lot of time and effort into organising and indexing the threads and info on here. :T

Best wishes for the future, Richard, whatever you decide. :)

Moderating forums can burn you out. You often feel like the bad guy just for trying to keep some semblance of order. If you need a break that's completely understandable. Hope to see you again here though and thanks for all your help.

    Squeaky,

I know that sometimes obligation can take the pleasure out of something and this forum is so big that your obligation must feel like a burden sometimes. I hope that after a break you feel able to come back and enjoy the forum once more.

You've been such an inspiration, I remember when you were having your kitchen done and were cooking six course meals using just a match, a toasting fork and a stick of celery :D

I hope that you don't desert the board for good, it would be nice to see you popping in to offer tips and joining in without having to help keep things on topic :D

    take care xxxxxx :kisses3:
Just run, run and keep on running!

  • I hope none of you peeps are thinking of committing suicide because Squeaky's gone, he came back once before you know.
