Tesco £15 school package mess up.

Not sure if this is the correct place, sorry.
Today I was in Burnley Tescos and purchased the £15 school package. When I got to the checkout I found I was charged full price of £30.25. On questioning this they said they had lots of problems with this and the "BOYS" socks weren't scanning correctly resulting in full price being charged.
I was given my double the difference refund of £30.50, therefore the package cost me nothing, in fact I gained 50p.
