27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

Rock Band Drumkit XBOX 360 - £19.99 @ HMV

It's advertised online at £17.99 but says you need to go to a store to order it. I went in to my local store and had to ask at the counter for them to get one from the stock room (they had none on display).
The price label on it said £69.99 but after I told the guy about the website, he went and looked for himself and seemed quite surprised and I got it for £19.99 (its more than the website because of tax or something..)

If you're after the game, Play.com are selling it for £14.99 including delivery (I'm waiting for mine to be delivered - not paying £39.99 at HMV!)

Rock Band Instruments - £59.99
Rock Band Game - £19.99
Rock Band 2 £29.99
I know you can get the software for £15 but high street of £80 for the lot seemed good to me.
