i need to loose some weight fast.
a couple of years ago i done the eat only oranges and water and did loose alot but it made me very ill so i gave up.
i have been told that if i eat just instant noodles for lunch and T, toast in the morning and drink nothing but water or water with fresh lemon then this will work.
has anybody tried this or can anyone give me a cheap way to loose my extra pounds.
i can not take orlistat tablets as i am trying to fall pregnant.

Doing a limited nutrition junk diet and trying to get pregnant at the same time is not a good idea.0

Have you been told to lose weight to help you get pregnant?
If so your doctor should refer to a nutritionist for a diet plan, losing weight too fast is only a short term fix for like a holiday, you need to be sensible and healthy about it to get pregnant, starving yourself is only going to give you all manner of problems.0 -

i have been told to loose a stone by my hospital consultant before i go back at the end of this month otherwise he will not give me the medication i need to ovulat.
i did see a nutritionist but she was not very helpful in the sence of needing to loose weight fast but was ok doing my diet plan for me to follow once i loose the weight.0 -
Your consultant gave you 16 days to lose a stone? That doesnt sound plausible0

No, it certainly doesn't sound plausible at all. When did you last see your consultant? I'd be prepared to believe that you were given instructions to lost a stone in weight by the next appointment if you saw the consultant two months ago. So, have you been ignoring that edict until the very last moment before your next appointment or not?0

i last saw him 4 weeks ago and nothing i have been trying in between has worked yes i have lost a couple of pounds but not what i need to.0 -
c20letb, you are unlikely to be able to lose a stone by the end of the month, so just focus on losing what you can in a sensible, sustainable way.
If the consultant sees you making progress, he might say 'well, come back in 4-6 weeks and see how you're doing and then I'll give you the meds if you've lost a stone.
It means you will have to wait a little longer but it'll be worth it. And it'll be better for the baby's health too if you've been getting the right nutrients. Don't forget folic acid (you should start taking it now I think).

p.s. I should add that I am trying to lose a bit of weight too so I don't always practise what I preach and I am finding it hard to stay off the chocs!

Yup - it probably would, and you'll make yourself ill in the process. The ONLY way to lose weight is to burn off more calories than you are taking in. You need to up the exercise (seriously) and reduce the calories you eat - but eliminating complete food groups is NOT the answer.
If you are trying to get pregnant, surely it's best to take an extra 3 months to learn healthy eating than to struggle to crash diet - don't you wnat to be a healthy Mum & bring your baby up in a healthy way?
You need to be eating TONS of fruit & veg, no cakes/pastries/biscuits etc, some carbohydrates and a small but definite amount of protein.
Can you start exercising (good for a pre-pregnant woman anyway!) and sign up to Weightwatchers or similar?0
